Maîche, birthplace of the Comtois draught horse

Every year, the Association National du Cheval de Trait Comtois organises the national competition for the Comtois breed in Maîche. These robust, elegant horses are celebrated by the public. The festivities are punctuated by events based around the Comtois horse. More than 150 stallions are entered in this unique competition, held in the birthplace of the Comtois horse.
